This is exactly what I thought... Unless the knife being use by the main character in some famous TV show/movie I doubt the secondary price would rise anymuch due to the lack of real practicality.
 
I was tempted to get a second one but yeah I'm not going to be edcing this one, I am holding out for the BG MOAB.
 
Got 2 a CF black g10 and a CF tan and black. I can only imagine how good they will look and feel in hand if they look so good in the pictures.

I scored 2: 1 Nuclear & 1 more in Maroon/Comp finish= 2 V8's for me!
 
When they were released, I immediately ordered a combat grade with orange and black G10, but after getting the last call yesterday, I couldn't resist any longer so I just ordered a competition finish with orange and black G10 as well. No regrets!!!

Trying to order. The sites been buggered since yesterday.

If I, my first choice is a CF w/ green micarta. If that isn't available then a blue coated w/ black blue g10

I just looked and all handle colors are still available for CF. I think the best looking handles so far are the orange and the blue. But they all look nice.
 
Practicality dictated my purchase on this one as well......been waiting a long time for a Busse neck knife, so......in for 2 ;)
 
I have always liked the Cold Steel San Mai Tai Pan, but never thought it was worth the price with kraton handles. For less than $100 more, you get the best dagger, of the same size, ever made. As for choils, they are smaller than normal and give a pleasant look to the knife, and when it comes to large daggers, choils can actually act as a blade catch if ever used for fighting.
 
Passed on this one. I was hoping for a slender shape like the Hawkeye and this one is just HUGE. Can't really carry and couldn't find a use for it. Pretty knife, but I'm waiting on my War Boar.
 
The choils don't bother me. They're small and come in handy for sharpening. Plus you could always bevel that sharp angle at the end of the edge.

What I would have liked is a little more width on the finger guards.
 
Only thing I'd change is I wish the guard matched a little better, you have points on the tail, blade, front end of the handle but then rounded guards... Needs the Battleshark or TGCrusader guard on it

I could definitely go for the Crusader guard on this one. It fits the style of the overall package better IMO.
