So the Strider Warranty...

Plenty of us were in the military and are in front-line professions and don't have to be crude just to make our point come across. From my experience, it means they've probably run out of valid points and have to go "hard-core" to make up for their lack of meaningful opinions.
And I would hardly call a Sebenza "wimpy" just because it isn't marketed towards Bad Asses.

I never called a sebbie wimpy son. Read my post slowly with glasses this time. I own and use a sebbie and love it. I have it on me now at work. Sharp sumfabinch too.

Well, I did go back and read it, and that's what I interpreted by your use of the word "wimp" in the same line as "sebenza". My apologies, pops.

I hear Strider bashing only on this forum for some reason.
"Bashing?" Yeah, maybe some of the criticisms I've read in this thread and those linked from it are subjective or personality issues, but some of it appears to me to be legitimate.

I buy my stuff to use. I don't own a single item of any kind that's any kind of "safe queen." That includes my knives, firearms, other tools, automobiles, clothes, shoes & boots, you name it. But I still expect them to arrive from the manufacturer in pristine condition. And if there's any problem with them at all, I expect the vendor or manufacturer to take care of it--courteously and professionally.

No offense intended toward those who truly love Strider's products, but, even if I were in the market for a $400 knife, Strider would almost certainly not be in the running.

Thats ok. I dont really have a care what you like in that range. I only care what I like in that range.

Strider, Hinderer, Sebenza, customs.

Do you consider Hinderer to be non-custom? I'm not trolling, just curious.
