So, What’s Next ?

3 I'm interested in.
1. I ordered a Sebenza 31, lefty, Night Sky, to be done around next April.
2. I really, really want a lefty Grimsmo Norseman.
3. An Olamic in lefty configuration.
 
I was thinking about the new GiantMouse ACE Corta but I just noticed that it has a brass back spacer. I've largely abandoned brass for EDC. If the back spacer was titanium, including in a bronze or gold anodization color, this would have been a slam dunk for me.


Another pressing question has been whether to get WE's titanium frame-lock version of the Elementum in 20CV or just put a pair of Flytanium scales on my BladeHQ Civivi Elementum in S35VN... I'm leaning towards Flytanium because this version of the Elementum is thinner than the regular Civivi version and has a thinner blade, whereas the WE version goes in the opposite direction.

Hopefully I won't see anything else before these. Less they make a sprint run with hap 40.
 
I actually made a decision to stop while I’m ahead. I have a nice collection, more than I deserve, of older, quality slip joints, desirable modern folders and fixed blades. Through all the years I managed not to spend more than $250 on any one knife. Lately things have become expensive and I found myself dropping $175 - $200 on a particular knife way too easy.

Yesterday on a whim I bought a Kershaw Cryo at Wally World for $36 which was the first time I bought a knife there. It’s also the first time in a long time I spent well under $100 on a knife. Hopefully it’s a sign I’ve peaked and I’m done buying.
