So What Are You Eyeballing?

I’m looking at a few different things a Buck 112 custom still can’t decide if I want the walnut to match my Colt SAA or oak cause I love oak and it’d look even better when the brass took a patina or if I just get it as another 110. Plus one of these sweet sheaths for it.(deleted the pic bc of watermark didn’t want to advirtise for them)

Then maybe a fixed blade would like to have a Uncle Henry golden spike type knife made by a custom maker with 3V and real sambar stag or getting this modern traditional Bowie from Hinderer.

I'm looking for a Damascus blade for my collection . I have been looking at a 512 layer Damascus Bowie
The price is good the only thing holding me back is the manufacturer windlass

Been eyeballing several, just waiting for March to hit. We get an "extra" paycheck that month.
looking at :
* Moki Kronos
* Boker Scout in red honeycomb
* Case mini trapper with caplifter in patriotic kirinite
* A.G. Russell Rancher lockback in smooth white bone.

decisions, decisions...

One I have really been eyeing over the past few months is a Yakutian style fixed blade. Where I live is very similar geography and biology to where this knife originates so I wonder about trying one out. Different grinds, sharpening techniques and asymmetry all have me curious. Would it stack up against my very North American cut down Old Hickory?

I'm not quite eyeballing, but close. I am a Tuna Valley collector, and I heard that there is going to be a new knife released in 2019 under the Tuna Valley name. I'm eager to see what it is. I have no idea what pattern, handle, quantity, or release date it is, but I'm still interested to check it out.

I’ve had my eye on the 47 Viper for a while now. I’ve watched some come and go at “too high for me” prices, and I’ve seen a few that were reasonable, I was just a bit too late to the party. And I’m always on the lookout for a Banana 35. I can’t explain it, but I need a Banana shield, haha.

Not eyeballing any particular knife, but I behave like one of those grotesque monsters from the deep, might suddenly SNAP on something..:D

Old Timer Middleman Jack

I want a smaller, two blade, serpentine jack, pen in front of clip, that just screams... TRADITIONAL.

You should check out Queen Cutlery's No.2 Jack in D2 and Amber Carved Stag Bone, I think it's what you're after all right

Regards, Will

Thanks for the heads up. I will do some searching

Here you are, found this in m'archives. Stockman top in WCSB and Jack below in ACSB shield upside down ;)

I have a few of those, the real ones, they are a good knife but a little chunky in the handle. If you'd like I can take some photos of one to show you.

Thanks. I used to own a couple, probably still do, but I just can't find them

Eyeballing a new case half congress in campfire bone (along with the two blade Barlow) when it comes back in stock.

Also been itching for an ag Russell pen knife in white bone.

I've currently been thinking about possibly getting a Buck 55, but I've been spending too much on tools recently so I'll have to wait till I can slow my purchasing down for a couple months.
This'll give me time to decide.

I keep eying customs from TA Davison, JH Lloyd and a few others. I eyeball the beautiful photos of them here on the forums, then I eyeball my bank account and can't quite justify it right now. More pressing purchases reign and haven't found one that ticks all the boxes. Yet.
But I still enjoy window shopping.
