So, which knife will be your first of 2001?

My first knives of 2001 are the Spyderco Wegner and the Spyderco Moran drop point. I just opened the packages that they came in and they are both incredible pieces of design and engineering. The New Year's off to a great start for me!

Ordered an arc Lite and a Microtech mini SOCOM but nearly wished I hadnt, damn Americans only accepting Paypal for foreign odrers, time was when an Englishmans word was enough, largest Empire in the world, rules of cricket etc etc (foams at mouth, rambling incoherently)

I traded for a Buck fixed blade, should be on the way today. I plan on sending my LCC in for ivory scales, jeweled liners, and anodized bolsters. As for the first one I will actually buy, I have no idea....yet.

are not to be trusted and the hassle of opening a paypal account nearly bored me to death.
Still, now it is set up I guess I will be making more use of it.
Anyone know where I can get my hands on a William Henry knife ?

Got a Pat Crawford Kasper with stag handles for Christmas. It has no clip for pocket carry and with those thick stag handles its going to be a sheath carry. With that in mind and the fact I want a Kasper to carry in my pocket I have a titanium handled, ATS-34 bladed Kasper comming in tomorrow from Larry at Knifeart. Agreat guy to deal with!

Not sure which will arrive first. I have a Strider BT w/ serrations that I got as a trade for doing some artwork. I also have a large Sebenza and a custom Mineral Mountain Hatchet Works fighter coming in. They should all be arriving soon. THIS IS GOING TO BE A GOOD YEAR!!!

This is on order. I just missed delivery before Christmas and am anxious to get this one sometime soon. It is a PJ Tomes two-bladed lock back folder. The old Remington version was called a 'moose folder' for the unique appearance when both blades are open. PJ improved on the old version, making Both blades lockbacks. Blade steel is forged 52100 with full flat grinds. This design won the 'most innovative' award at the Blade Show 2000. I got to play with one at the Chesapeake show but PJ had a prior commitment to another customer. It's going to be a User for sure

I will probably buy one of the new Gerber fixed blade and a Kershaw Ken Onion. Inexpensive, but functional. Does anyone have an opinion on the Gerber?

A Spyderco Native on the way from the Cutlery Shoppe. I will be ordering a CRKT Ryan Model Seven and/or a BladeLock model when they are available.
