INFI must not be your favorite blade steel. I can't believe that only 8 people on this forum prefer INFI(including me) to other steels according to the poll on the general forum. So if you don't like INFI the most, what do you prefer to INFI? I am very interested.
 
I dont venture into General very often, and I imagine a lot of people here do so even less than Me.
 
I like infi so much, I don't bother to go to the general forum very often. I suspect the sentiment is common around here.

Thanks for the poll link, I was amazed how popular M390 is. I know it's great stuff, but didn't realize how liked it was.
 
Thats what i was thinking, i got it set up, when i open the browser it brings me straight here lol
Although lately with O2W on hold i been wondering off to Makers Knives for sale/Fixed blades/Folders for sale
 
Never Saw that Poll, and quite frankly don't care what other forum members think-INFI Hands down-Nothing even close for me-I have some stainless steel knives I use in rainy weather (Nothing that demands hard use) But INFI is what drew me to Busse, and why I stay. It wasn't SR 101 (Great Steel-do not get upset guys and girls) IT WAS INFI!!!

Yep. This is the only forum I check. That being said, I will say that I like SR101 as much or more than INFI.
 
I pretty much lurk here on the Busse forum to keep an eye whats happening and don't venture to other areas of the forum. INFI is good stuff.
 
I think it's more to do with the fact that the "Busse" part of the forum is so active that most of us don't make our way to the general discussion as much as some.. but now that you've tipped us off.. here we come!!
 
I am like the others, I don't really care what happens in the other forums excluding the exchange of course.
 
Put up my vote and a picture of some abused INFI. I usually don't bother going to the General Knife discussion, as the same few topics seem to be getting rehashed ad nausium there.
 
I go to the other forums because I have an interest in any new technology or steels that are up and coming. I am impressed with the turnout for M390. As a folder steel, it may be the way to go. I don't have one knife in it. I might just get one because of that pol. But I get it. I spend 80% of my time on BF in this forum as well.
 
Missed that poll; saw one last week w/o infi and I "wrote it in" my post. Voted this time. Cheers boys.
