Also, perhaps Jerry offers discount pricing on the limited proto runs at shows to get input on what to set his prices at for new models? I'm sure he understands how capitialism works as a businessman, has anybody besides me thought of this? Offer them at an exceptional price at the show, let the dealers offer them at huge markup and let it all play out to see what people are willing to pay. It seems the SOB LE went up for dang near what they are selling for on the X in the Proto configuration, mere days after all the Protos got scarfed up.....

Yes Bill, that's the way I look at it. As for re-selling to fellow forum members on a forum that so often touts a feeling of "Brotherhood" and helping each other, a REASONABLE markup is certainly understandable. I just felt that this time was excessive, as supported by the Busse price sign on the table. If I'm lying, then nail my hide to the barn; if not, then don't threaten me with warnings, being banned, etc. Just the way I see things, and at Blade i will discuss this with Jerry himself.

I told you last night if you had a problem you know the shop #. I also told you that if you have a problem with me even after all Ive done and given you that you know my # as well. Unfortunately, you didnt not take the opportunity to do either. You simply come back into Jerry's house and sling more mudd and cause more unneeded drama.

I cant for the life of me understand why.

You say its supported by the price on table? Bull! The $247 doesnt include 6% tax which makes the cost $261.82 before nearly $900 in gas, lodging, and meal expenses. Also, how much do you make for a living? If its $25k you can add another $100 day lost for taking off work. So you can sit at home and still spend $1200 on knives no matter what they cost and they are still FREE!!

Heck, the only way it works for me is that I bought 33 blades. So I still have roughly another $30 on top of the $261.82 making my cost $291.82 This # still doesnt not reflect the 12 hours + of sitting in line, or the 16-17 hours drive time and wear and tear on autos.

Take into account the $50 Jerry gave off was for folks attending, not you sitting at home, really makes the minimum price of a proto for me $341.82 prior to me shipping which is $12 with signature in regional box A . Dont forget the roughly $15 paypal fee and cost to your door in conus is $368.82

Wow, there goes your price gouging theory

Heaven forbid I came over to the yard and insulted some of your members, but if I did I would be making a huge apology to you, Jerry, and Dan. Not coming back doubling down and continuing the madness.

Again, I cant say it enough....the fact that you moderate the Scrapyard forum, and are so willing to bring this here astonishes me.

So, you are getting a trolling infraction now.

Although, that may not be it as I leave your hide for the boss
