Sodbuster...and lots of them!

Thanks for posting this bro. I've been wanting to see most of those side by side for awhile for comparison and there in one shot was pretty much all the soddies I've ever looked at. Awsome.
I've got the good old yellow derlin cv and the funny thing is: no matter what just came in the mail or where I'm going I just can't get it out of my pocket. I see all the time guys posting about trying to carry just one knife. For me the choice is simple.

I know what you mean, last year i had to let most of my knives go but i could not bring myself to let junior go mainly because he was my first Case and as you can see he developed a bit of blade play that i fixed with a little ball pein hammer, he lives in a leather sheath that fits real nice on my hip when i get the fancy to carry him...

Picked this big beast up in the market this week :)

Thought i would dig out the sheath, now it is on my belt argh..

Good looking Jack Black!

Oldman, that's a nice sheath. I don't sheath carry my soddies but that looks nice.

Added links in my first post of my various individual reviews and comparisons of some of my sodbusters.

US Soddies pics and descriptions are updated in the OP, quite a few added. My next task is to sort out my wood handled soddies and add descriptions, it's gonna take some time:D

You talked me into this one trev. ;) Already on the hunt for more. Do you have the Maserin Marinera in bone? I think I see the wood handled version in your post above.

Congrats Erik! It's nice to see I'm a bad influence on someone:D I love the antique bone on those, very nice.

I don't have a bone Maserin, can't seem to find one. If you get a lead on one let me know, I "need" one!..lol.

Mine was a birthday present or I'd pass it on. Much as I like it, it doesn't get carried a lot.

Yours is the only one I've seen round these parts, it's very nice looking! Great birthday present! The olive wood versions are good, but that bone takes it to another level. I'll score one someday!

I'll look out for one for you Trev

Now there's an idea for a Forum knife, a smooth white bone handled soddy. I've only seen one of those, BTW, once at a gun and knife show...don't know why I didn't pick it up. Seems only the olive wood versions are readily available.

It's a beauty for sure, there's a British website (email me if you want the site) that has the bone version, but with conversion and shipping to US it might not be worth it.

I think I know the site you are referring to and I felt the same thing, it may not be worth it with the shipping. Now if you want to get a group buy thing going....:D
