Does anyone know how the pivot is assembled on the Case delrin sodbusters? You see a large brass circle at the pivot area, seemingly too big to go through the blade, so they must use headed pins? Press together, or threaded and ground flush? I have a nice small Case but it has excessive blade play. I’d like to know what’s in there before trying anything to tighten it up.

Case uses a cutler's rivet for the pivot in the delrin Sodbusters. I might try a gentle squeeze in a padded vice, if I thought it needed tightening.

Received these two SS Sodbusters in a trade recently. Unused they needed a little cleaning, but now work smoothly and snappily!! Quite satisfying, but doubt that I will use them regularly!!
Too many EDCs!!!
