Interesting! So the cover pins are just a bit sunken?No. The handles/covers are fat but Case used the standard pins for the SBJ cover pins for the knives pictured.

Thanks for the info. To atone for getting things slightly off track here’s a sodbuster picYes. Look ay the bottom knife pictured and you can make out/see one of the short brass pins. If all the knives pictured were rotated just a tad to the viewer, all the short pins could be seen. Most of them have been covered during hafting stage..
