SODBUSTERS... bust 'em out, work 'em hard and show 'em off

Both of my last two Crossroads Sodbusters have had frustratingly unfinished edges. The denim blue one actually had a fuzzy edge (lots of burrs) and the latest orange/red on has a significant burr. Clearly seems like they are missing the final step in sharpening. It's an easy fix, but not one that the customer should be doing. It's a shame because both knives are really nice otherwise.

I just don’t get it?? And very poor grinds have been going on for MANY years!! 😡😒

Me too, but my CS seahorse whittler wasn't much better.

Yes, in a very competitive market you think they would stride to do better, it is an easy fix as you say, but should not leave the factory like that.

Nice ED, i must admit this colour is a colour i am warming to. But very hard to get here, have tracked one down at a good price which is a feat in itself, but really wish it was in CS and not SS. Have a good week mate.
 
Working hard 🤣 cutting some bacon to fit in the air fryer. Bacon and omelette for breakfast on a cold Monday morning. 😋😋😋.
