A fellow sardines aficionado! I generally prefer the pilchards to the sprats though. And trips to the sierra high country usually involve some sardines. I like them at home (300β elevation) but above 10,000β they are just divine.

The new CASE X-Roads paired with an old favourite, Queen Cutlery Country Cousin . Prefer these smaller type Sodbusters and the Queen is nicely radiused in the hand. Great W&T on both and both have fine steels S35VN and D2.
GEC used the Brand Redneck for a brief period before changing the name to Farm&Field, for their utility knives!! They also used 01 tool steel for a short time before switching to 1095!!
