Some new PVK Drama -- Pioneer Valley Knives, Bad/Ugly

Still waiting on the credit card company regarding the charge dispute . Still no replies from Josh Burbank still no knife...... and so does the sand through the hourglass as the days of our lives"wasted waiting for nothing and being ripped off"

This is another fine example of why you should always check the feedback of a seller or business prior to buying. Searching this forum for Josh Burbank, or PVK Knives will turn up more bad than good.

We have several supporting dealers here who have the integrity to always take care of their customers the best that they can.
 
THIS MIGHT CONCERN ALOT OF YOU THAT IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM PVK. I JUST HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE IV'E HAD AND MY FIRST TIME BUYING A STILETTO FROM PVK, AND I HAVE BOUGHT A TRUCK LOAD OF ITALIAN STILETTOS FROM THE OLD COUNRTY DURING MY LIFE, BUT THIS BUY FROM PVK WAS THE FIRST NO HASSLE, NO DRAMA, NO WAITING, NO PROBLEM SALE IV'E EVER HAD.
I CALLED THE STORE AND TALKED TO A CAT NAMED JERIMIAH OR JOSH OR WHOCARES ABOUT ONE OF THE TWO 24" RENZO PASCOTTO CLASSIC ITALIAN STILETTOS THAT THEY HAD ON THEIR SITE. I CALLED A WEEK AGO ON A MONDAY THE 21,2019 AND THE SALE WAS FRIDAY THE 25,2019 AT 4:30 PM AND HE HAD FEDEX WAIT UNTIL HE HAD IT PACKED TO GET IT ON THE TRUCK AND GET IT TO ME. I HAD THIS WORK OF ART IN MY HAND TUESDAY MORNING AT 9:30 AM, THANKS TO THE PERSON I TALKED TO AT PVK.
IV'E BEEN SERCHING FOR ABOUT A LITTLE OVER 8 YEARS FOR THIS SIZE OF KNIFE TO COMPLETE THE ROW WITH MY 36" FRANK BELTRAME MADE AND MY 30" STILETTO I HAVE MADE 10 YEARS AGO. ANY KNIFE UNDER 20" I BOUGHT OUT OF THE OLD COUNTRY. I KINDA JUST STUMBLED ON PVK'S SITE AND THERE IT WAS, " THE KNIFE" I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR, AND IN ONE WEEK AND 9.5 HOURS IT WAS IN MY HAND.
SO TO ALL OF YOU PEOPLE THAT HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT PVK KNIVES, I HAVE TO TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH ALL OF YOU. SO MY ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU IS, TRY THEME AGAIN, YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED
 
THE GUYS AT PVK ARE AWESOME AND I TRY TO VISIT THEIR SHOP WHENEVER WE ARE IN LAS VEGAS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND ARE ONE OF THE FEW DEALERS THAT WILL HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER DEALERS. WE HAVE HELPED THEM A FEW TIMES AND VICE VERSA. I AM CONFIDENT THAT THEY WILL TREAT OUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT IF WE DON'T HAVE SOMETHING IN STOCK.
