Some Sparkling Traditional Treasure!

As much as I like Ebony---that would look great in the antique green bone. Being a Jack makes it that much better.

Nice! I like the shield - and it will look great on the knife -

I was just contemplating picking up my first #48, and this pretty much seals the deal. I can't wait! This is going to be a fantastic SFO!

This SFO is in addition to what GEC is going to produce. They are doing a Trapper I believe, and I am doing a Jack.
Full length Spey secondary on theirs, a pen blade on mine. Mine will have a saber ground main - I am not sure about theirs!
The one I'm yearning for has a muskrat clip and a Wharncliffe, I believe both to be full length. I wish they would show more pics of what the knives will look like rather than just boxes of metal parts.

I've already got a #48 Trapper in 440C with the slim clip and full length spey, which is a great knife. But I don't know if I'm going to want 3 in the same frame.

Charlie, hopefully you realize what a great contribution you make for us regular Joes!

Without you, who would just call up a manufacturer like GEC and say "hey, make me this neat knife!"

Then we would not be able to oogle!

Oh yes,i will be in for one of those please...And thank you Charlie for making these available to us Blue collars..mighty grateful..................FES

Oh, I see. Nice.

I can't wait to handle the new 'Diamond Jack'! Charlie... you're a genius!!! :)

Will the SFO have a Stag option??? How do I get one, I know everyone else knows, but I am a little slow. Steven

Thanks for the encouraging words my friends!

Well, alrighty then!!
I'll do it!!:D

And this my forum friends......... Is just a part of why I think Charlie is another of the living Legends that exist today.
If GEC can come close to recreating the Slimline Serpentine like Charlie's stunning Peach seed example- it would have to send out the message to the knife world that GEC are THE running contenders for the very best of modern day Cutler manufacturers.

Maybe they will make a slim premium stockman with a California clip and a punch blade some day. I might like that DE replica... :)
