Nah, this wasn't that. It was the president being a little too casual with his replies. I made a suggestion about their product line and he said "not gonna happen" and then explained why they did it the way they did. I said "too bad. Guess I won't be buying one then." which I guess could have come off kinda prickish but even so that doesn't really require a response. He emails me back "you need to buy what you need to buy". No I'm-sorry-you-feel-that-way or anything like that.
One of my coworkers had one a few years ago, I think it was an '06 model. She was not happy with it. Said it was a gutless POS. I've heard a few other reports like that but nothing too specific as to what makes it a POS.
I had an email exchange with the president of a company that I thought was rather unprofessional but wasn't totally sure how to take it since a lot can get lost with just text. But I decided after I posted the quoted convo that I was probably overthinking it. That and I go out of my way to avoid that kind of drama and by posting the emails for everyone to see I was creating it.
was his name Mike?

One of my coworkers has one and feels it is pretty gutless as well.
there was a 2 year stretch it needed a lot of repairs, but it's been fine since.
Packing and moving sucks! That is all.
I'm so done with apartment living it's not funny. Lease is up and I'm getting the Effingham outta here. Next weekend will be full of carrying stuff down the flights of stairs. But plus side is I'm moving into a house with a the car garage.
Anyone have experience with a Jeep Liberty? Might be getting one...

Hello chaps. How is it be? Tremendous I trust. Anyway, just thought I'd sign in. By the way, the only thing I took from the veritably rapid scan of the last 25 odd pages is that C-bear was going to have symphonious sex with a good meal in a box. Harmonious fornication with edibles in cube-shaped packaging. Haha! C-bear. That guy!
Cleaning pike is a challenge from what I remember - triangular skeleton makes them near impossible to filet.....IIRC I ended up more with fish sticks. We are looking at buying a house in the next few years. I'd like to get out of town a few miles, so I can do fun outdoor activities that are frowned on in town. The only problem is that I'd have to purchase something expensive for snow removal, because a snowblower wouldn't cut it. That and Misti would need a 4x4 instead of the Camry. Pretty sure we will end up buying something in town.
On another note, a friend an I did a bit of fishing today. We ended up keeping a couple decent pike. I usually don't keep pike, but decided I'd start keeping some this year. I've never really cleaned them before, so it was interesting. I kinda figured out what I need to to next time I keep some.
