Southard flippers are available...

Well, I was going to run out to the Spyderco factory outlet in the hope of getting a low serial number Southard flipper... until I called out there and learned that Spyderco doesn't put serial numbers on their knives (I haven't bought one for a LONG time). Now I'm thinking that patience is a virtue and that I might as well wait and get one from a retailer and save $60+. If they were selling it for $250 or even $260 I would have it in my hand and pics on the board right now. Ugh.

Yep, MSRP is way high on this but dealer street price is OK. But the first production run may be hard to get a piece of if you didn't pre-order.
 
Its gonna be a hard one to pass by...

So this is not a limited run? Spyderco is going to consistently pump out cts-204p blades? Awesome!
 
Man what a tease $399 I have to wait till the dealers have them at street price I was ready to order but my sensible side is going to make me wait. I sure hope production was totaled to meet the soon to be very large demand
 
Anybody have a clue when these are going to hit our favorite online retailers? I didn't get in on the preorder so I'll have to keep a close watch and try to snag one quick if there are any extras from the first production run.
 
This one is at the very top of my to get list. I need to get my hands on one; it's needs a review :)
