Spec Ops 10" interest

Love that LMIW Foot Long. Spec-Ops would be nice as well.

BTW, I have been succesful in fitting an HHFSH in the large Spec-Ops Survival sheath multiple times. Pretty long work, but doable.

How did you get the Fsh to fit beings its so wide?? Maybe i'll have to look it over again because i've got the 8" spec-ops sheath. A friend of mine gave to me after his second trip back from the sandbox with it. Its still in good shape. But a 10" sheath would definately be great.

I'll have to resurrect the thread that I explained it in. I'll hunt for it in a bit.

What are the rat mastiff dimensions? Anything over 8" and under 11" should be a candidate. The handle strap is adjustable and the kydex is bendable.

Any other ideas of other brands similar sized to the B11 and BWM that would fit this as well? The more options they have the better the success of getting it made.

Glad to see there is such interest in the big knife survival sheath. We are new to the game but committed to making a product you guys will be proud of. I know my original Battle Mistress sits proudly in a Footlong. Thanks for the kind words on our behalf we really enjoyed meeting you guys at Blade.

Hey Charlie, can you tell us a little more about your company? Is everything made here in the US? You got pics of Busse knives in your sheaths? Fill those of that didn't go to Blade in!

Hadn't heard of Lost Mountain Iron Works before but it's in my FAVORITES now. Thanks for the led guys. Oh it's about time somone make some larger sheaths for our BIG knives. So Charlie, thanks for stepping up to the plate and WELCOME Bro!!!

Sorry for the late reply. All USA all the time. We sew only USA Made materials with all USA labor here at the center of the universe Kalamazoo, MI (That's USA also). Any questions I have not answered here feel free to drop me a line at lostmountainironworks@gmail.com. And yes my original Mistress will be making her web debut very soon.

That looks pretty good. I can't see a Spec-Ops sheath being much cheaper.

How about a group buy on that one?

US made too! I would be interested in seeing what Spec Ops would be pricing them at for a bigger sheath. I also second Semper Paratus For our nylon needs. I have a few from Dan and your Don't gt much better. I must say the I am digging the Lost Mount Iron Works ones s well.

Right after I saw the Foot Long from Lost Mountain Ironworks I emailed Charlie Morrison. Gave him the info on the DF and let him know what I wanted for options and waited patiently.
He replied this morning. The next batch should be ready by end of next week.
I'm impressed with the speedy reply and will post some detailed pics (I'm NOT as a good of a photographer that a lot of y'all are) and my initial impressions.
