I recently acquired an older ('92) Windlass Cutlery Bowie made out of some sort of high carbon Indian mystery steel, probably from a truck leaf spring. Local cutlery shop was able to sharpen it up a little, but it really needs a proper regrind. Actual cutting edge is approximately 8" . . . you feel like taking a shot at this?

Can you by chance do a re-grind on a knife? I have a PM2 with some chipping in the blade and also want to put the tip back onto it.
 
That's so insane! I still haven't tried doing that yet. I don't have enough hair...

Its been a few weeks, and I'm still extremely happy with how they turned out. I sent a few people your way. Also I may have a few more knives for you to do in the near future if you're not too busy!

Highly recommended. Had my Hinderer sharpened recently. He put a great edge on it, extremely sharp and very fast service.
