Me too... it's one thing to read plans and watch vids online, it's quite another to see how it works in person... especially after someone else already took the chance of blowing themselves up and burning their house down :D :p

I'll wander in Friday sometime, probably noonish? Miss Angie will drop me off and say howdy to all the usual suspects, but she has other plans with her family for Fri. night and Saturday, so you'll be stuck with just me.

I'll be dangling between two trees after the sun goes down... or if the weather is mild, I'll just curl up next to the firepit.

I'll bring an extra tank of propane and a few other tools... is everyone down with getting together in Ethan's shop Saturday around noon, to help anyone who wants to work on knife projects?

Someone who's actually a mod here really does need to dig up the addy/pic of the turnoff/directions. My pm is blowing up with people asking directions, and I am far, far too lazy to look it up... ;)
 
My son and I will be there as early as permissible Friday morning. What time would that be?

He has a hammock and a tent - don't know which he will be using.

I am hoping that there will be a place for for me to park my pick-up so I can sleep on an air mattress in the bed under the topper cap.

Good idea! Also, I'll start loading the car at least by tomorrow - if we knew what the activities would be this year it would help us plan and pack properly! Looking forward to it for sure. :)

I have a double header to coach Saturday morning, so I'm only going to make Saturday evening. Bringing my son. Trade, I need a bacon proxy.
 
Planning on going, will find out in the next couple of days how work is looking for next weekend and how many days I get off.
 
it's pretty easy to google "Ethan Becker Vonore, Tn"
and when Google maps tells you to turn onto Smokey Branch Rd, DON'T - just stay on Citico Rd.
it adds .1 miles and saves 5-10 minutes - especially in the dark.
The other important directions are: Turn when you see the handmade "B" signs.
 
I know I'll be there. If alone in a hammock. If with anybody else a tent. I'll update later.

My bad, $6 for 8oz. Bad news on the ginger ale. It's the same as you'd find it. And they didnt have the hot, just the nah and diet. Sorry. Didnt get to Costco but I'll def be bringing the yuengling. It's abundant here. Damn Netflix... SOA season 7 impeded all progress this weekend lol.
 
We'll show up Friday. 1-2ish. Wife, daughter, and myself. Medium size tent. 36 eggs, bacon, maybe ribs cooked, ready to be sauced up and grilled. Beer and wine. Assorted snacks and cheese, water etc.
 
OK - I'll bring you a quart - and no worries on the soda, appreciate you checking up on it.
