It has been nice to see others posting photos of Real Russells and Russell Commemorative Barlows . This is a photo of showing some of both .

The Real Russells are easy to pick out .
The Granddaddy on the left is by Colonial
The regular sized are by going down : Schrade , Colonial , and Boker and Boker has done numerous of other variations also .
I think this shows the popularity of the Barlow in general and the first American Made Barlow in particular which was made in 1875 .
Harry
What a beautiful little Barlow, Johnny!
Thats what you get when you swallow neat chilli powderI woke up this morning with a scratchy throat and watery eyes and not much pleased about it.
I used my ebony Barlow for a few tasks, which included opening the mail, opening that plastic wrap on a double roll of paper towels, opening a paper bag of cat litter, and so far used it four times to cut open the adult proof backing on my cold and flu pills. Some more heavy use included dicing up some onion and a small piece of already grilled chicken (from dinner last night ) for my lunch salad. The day ain't over !![]()

On day five, I’ll be hanging with these two hotties.
Day 5:
Well, it's 75⁰F in sunny south Florida, it's Stagurday, and it's day 5 of Barlow-palooza. All that together makes it a perfectly fit day for a pipe and a stag Barlow. This one, an Old Man Norman of 2022 vintage, bears the Daniels Family's Tuna Valley brand name. Because antlers are usually found in pairs, I added an Old Man Jack lamb, of 2023 vintage, also from the Daniels Family but this one is stamped Titusville Cutlery.
