Spyderco 2020 Lists: Delivered & Upcoming

For the other moths out there...

Knife Works still has stock of their 600pc run of the Delica in S90V.

It hasn't been selling and some think it's too high of a price for a Delica. I say: show me another quality folder in S90V for a lower price. The value proposition is undeniable.

I bought one and like it.

Basically S110V performance without the problems at the sharpening stones.

Just a FYI, i was able to find a bombshell searching on Google and checking all the websites (even though the front page says sold out) I won't mention the name because I'm not sure if its on the sellers list. However when I got there they had 5 and by the time I checked out they were gone. Just mentioning because they are still rolling into some dealers.

Thanks Sal! I just recently started collecting, but it’s fair to say I’m hooked on Spyderco now. I just bought my first PM2 (green diamond G10 from another forum member), and it’s by far the nicest knife I’ve owned. Hope to pick up the green diamond G10 Para 3 when it drops.

Hi Rob, Lilypad,

Welcome to our forum.

Sal, no sure if you’ll read this but still worth a shot. Are we ever going to be able to visit the spyderco website and be able to customize any knife you guys have in production? I know there’s another company that does that already but I think it would be really nice to have my own custom spyderco.

Hi!
Thank you for the thread!
I was able to snatch a nice S45VN PM2.
My first folder and first Spyderco. Not perfectly centered, but close enough. I'm more than happy.

Hi OSantana, Michaex,

Welcome to our forum.

On the custom shop, I always felt it would detract too much from regular production, but a couple of months ago, Eric spoke with the factory crew and they thought it would be a good idea and would give them a break from their regular work. So now I have to say that it is possible.

I have been tempted to ask the same thing about a custom shop, glad to hear it is a possibility. I think having one would sell product like crazy! I know a lot of my money would be spent there for sure.

Sal, if its ok, I'd like to start a thread to discuss this subject. Perhaps from it, a good idea will emerge.

Hi subMicron,

I'm sure it's still a ways off, but as you say, something might come out of it,

I don't think of it s a profit center, more of a customer service.

Hi Wasatch,

It's been brought up and discussed a few times. More on our site forum than here on BF. Up until recently, it's been a non starter due to the time and attention of the service.
