Spyderco becomes boring knife company....

The Matriarch and Civilian are for harvesting mushrooms! Not a weapon!:)

The Gunting is an inovative design that can be used in a non leathal manner and WILL reduce people to tears when used properly. It is an excellent knife. I would buy a larger bladed model if one came out.:cool:
 
If you can say the Civilian and Matriarch aren't weapons, I would assume you haven't seen the Keating video on the Civilian.

To be honest if we are talking a knife as a weapon I would much rather use my F/A Boker than either mentioned.
 
I think it is a real compliment to Spyderco, that this thread has gotten such a volume of response.

Love 'em or hate'em. I think we've settled the question as to whether or not Spyderco is boring.

And I think the "Nay's" have it.
