Me, I could care less what my Sage 1 has. I like it as is for the price, and understand it would be a little higher if solid CF.

Sal has sad he will change it in the catalog, as he should, end of story.

I just made a point going by relative costs and the end prices, that was all.
 
The picture below would be one reason to care. Solid CF doesn't delaminate when you drop it.

There are only two threads because Sal himself copied it over from the General discussion thread early on. For the most part, it has been educational for many people.

Mr. Glesser explained that there isn't a carbon fiber conspiracy and even offered exchanges or full refunds to anyone who felt mislead by the product description. Problem solved.

And I can't wait for my Southard to get here! :D

Personally I'm just glad to have the man himself willing to take the time to explain everything so clearly. Can't really be a better class act than that. Guess for those that want 100% carbon fiber handles, time to encourage more golden, co Sprint runs.;) hint hint Sal. Thanks again for the great insight.

I love posts like this because they are self-contradictory. The thread was already slipping down, it having been two days since anyone posted in it, and you bumped it to the top, renewing interest in it :p

But what if someone eventually complains that the titanium alloy isn't pure enough?
