Spyderco Endura4 or Delica4

Trying to keep this thread on topic... I own both (both saber ground blades) and my suggestion is to go with a Delica 4 full flat ground. Saber grounds are not the best slicers out there, in my opiniion!

Weird.

See, the search first rule is fairly standard as it makes sense, as many times some things new to us.. just isn't new. It's probably been thought of, or asked before.

Although, when I post in old threads for the given subject, I've been given a warning for doing so, instead stating not to bump old threads and to create a new one.

Just thought that was weird.

Endura is a fairly big knife albeit slim. Delica is more practical making it the better edc. It's really at the perfect size just at 3. Delica is probably the only knife I don't feel bad getting multiple versions of.

It really comes down to personal preference.

Do you like large knives. Or do you like smaller knives.

I have both. Sometimes I like the Endura. And sometimes it feels like a sword. Of the two I mostly carry the Delica. I actually took the clip off and just let it ride in the bottom of my pocket.

If you can - find a store where you can at least hold both first.

But I really think you'll end up getting both.

The delica is my all time favorite edc knife. I have a modified benchmade clip on it but it doesn't really need it more of a preference thing, one of theese days I'll have to get a custom clip for her.

As for how it's held up I've been using mine for 3 or 4 years solid in rotation with a few others and haven't noticed any wear. I once felt it was having a bit of up and down flex /play but I took it apart and cleaned it and it went away.

Thanks :)

I feel like if I want to carry a smaller knife I usually go "fancy" with a Sm. Sebenza or something. For me the Endura is the better Daily Carry. It's plain and simply more useful.
