I don't see a re-curve on the GB2, can anyone confirm? Also like how narrow the blade is compared to the 1, the hole looks smaller though which I like the bigger holes. Keep posting pics guys and I will buy one.

Short on time, but I snapped a few comparison and nudie shots. This one is a winner for sure! Liners are about .5mm thinner than the GB1, still plenty thick at 1.3mm.
Still don't understand why the original had to be discontinued, but way to go on this one spyderco crew!

knife works is great, but they have a lot of orders to fill- like mine . i would go for picking one up from the other dealers as they roll out...

Maybe for another thread - but is there a good safe way to force a patina on this as soon as I get it to help protect it? Also after the patina - is mineral oil still okay to use? Newbie here...
