Spyderco Service Is Non Existant!

Sal, did you guys come out alright with that balisong bull with the goverment?
Or is it sill up for grabs?

I never had any problems with the Spyderco service department. I have been collecting and using Spyderco knives for many years. Spyderco takes care of their customers!!
 
BTW, noticed that good ole Gene had no problem hawking the Micro Dyad hand picked by Sal on the sales forum. No mention of any dings or any faults at all. Maybe Gene just wants a freebie here or there to celebrate his veteran status.
 
Certainly would be interesting to know what the new owner thinks regarding that Micro Dyad's fit and finish.
