I've had good luck usually.
They sent a whole new pivot--both sides--for my Tuff.
But sometimes they don't have the screws or other parts for knives made in Japan or elsewhere.
That's the price we pay for having a zillion different models to choose from.
If you want them to have all the parts all the time, just give up on choice, and they'll have no issues keeping a stock of parts for all the (limited amount of) models.
I'll take inconvenience to fuel choice, just like I accept danger to fuel freedom.
