Spyderco starmate

Well....Spyderco says my Starmate is not repairable, so I can either have it back, or get a store credit.....what a disappointment.

Is this the current 20CV Sprint model?

If so, why no warranty exchange or replacement? 🤔

They've got them "in stock" on Spyderco's website right now.🤷‍♂️

I called. But recorded message stated no one will be available until after March 5. So i dont have an answer.
 
...A UPS is on the way...we shall see what happens....
