You bought one, didn’t you?Man, people still butt hurt about a knife. Come on guys, there's way more important stuff to be raging against. If people like the knife let them. It's not going to hurt you to let people enjoy things, unless you are one of those people who get enjoyment out of complaining about what other people spend their money on.
Wow I can't believe they won't accommodate someone as important as you by selling knives in your price range!!
What a wo
I wish you a great dayWow I can't believe they won't accommodate someone as important as you by selling knives in your price range!!
What a world.
I thought the “pocket cleaver craze” died out aIt's not about self importance it's about economics, unlike you, I'm happy for you that you have $420.00 to blow on a mass produced 2" ugly pocket knife, thumbs up all the way brother.
I missed that so I guess I just wanted to punish myself. I'm not sure what I'll use it for either but I'm leaning towards comedy if only to annoy the sycophants. I've become quite talented at Photoshop lately. Or maybe loan it to Shabazz so he can snap out of the boring youtube stuff he's been posting lately. Stovepipe vs Z Hunter perhaps?I thought the “pocket cleaver craze” died out a
few years ago. Looks like it’s making a comeback. I don’t know what I’d even do with the thing except use it as a paperweight.
No idea, not a fan of that aspect of itI like it! But what's up with the grind?
It makes a big difference, though. I saw this knife, thought "What the figgity?", moved on, bought a Yojumbo, and now I see the great utility of that blade style. I can hardly stomach THAT price tag.
Yep, knives need to be stabby. Cleavers are for breaking down tendons and bones in meat. What am I supposed to do with a cleaver meant for a smurf? It makes a big difference, though. I saw this knife, thought "What the figgity?", moved on, bought a Yojumbo, and now I see the great utility of that blade style. I can hardly stomach THAT price tag.
Because I said so.
Some others may be “butt hurt”, I’m personally not “butt hurt” or really upset at all. I LOVE Spyderco and their knives. My original post and question was centered on asking if price was justified for what the knife actually is and have there been other Spyderco titanium framelocks at the $450 price point. Just wanted to have a discussion around these questions, it is a knife forum…..Man, people still butt hurt about a knife. Come on guys, there's way more important stuff to be raging against. If people like the knife let them. It's not going to hurt you to let people enjoy things, unless you are one of those people who get enjoyment out of complaining about what other people spend their money on.
Yeah, that’s kinda the point of a knife.. to stab things and to cut them. The price is beyond optimistic, but it's weird to see a bunch of so-called knife enthusiasts act like a knife is either a stabbing weapon or trash
Nobody said weapon. It needs to have a point, though, I need to puncture things. The price is beyond optimistic, but it's weird to see a bunch of so-called knife enthusiasts act like a knife is either a stabbing weapon or trash
Quit posting knives that are excellent cutters and useful tools. Every knife must be pointy, or or or... it's a terrible knife!Knives you can't stab anything with are just terrible.
