Spyderco Tenacious not so popular?

Hi there,
I just bought my third one today. I EDC it, and this is the best knife money can by. Just beat the hell out of it and don't worry, replace it with another one.

I'm already down to less than $16 per year for the 710Hs I carry regularly.

A Tenacious owner will need about 2.5 years just to meet that.

So, in 2.5 years, write a long term use review for us on how the Tenacious has held up.

So it took you 8 yrs for you to have a dollar/year value of $16, while someone with a tenacious only needs to have the knife for 2.5 yrs to have a dollar/year value of $16, I don't see how you can find that a bad value based only on dollar/year. And it's just a pocket knife, don't get your panties in a twist. If you don't like it then okay your opinion, move on.

how did you do that?
do you have pictures, I'd love to see the broken blade.

I posted a reply, but decided to not add to the political stuff.

The Tenacious is so popular because it is a well made knife at a low price.

So, did you buy one of these knives or choose another?

If you bought, what are your impressions and if you chose not to buy one, did you buy something else and why?

Decided to do something called saving and get a more expensive but well known large sebenza. :D quite a change I would say...
Didn't really decide "against" the tenacious, just put it off. Still great value, not matter what people say. The only thing I have noticed is that the Centofante 3 uses better steel, however not better handle materials. I consider the Centofante the "better" knife for only 15 dollars more but 30 dollars is still 30 dollars. The tenacious is very good for that price...

Since this forum is probably comprised of 95% males, and threads like this go on for pages and pages by people who just can't leave well enough alone, I find this remark to be a bit offensive, sexist and inaccurate, but whatever. Well I don't know what the percentage ratio is but I think any chick on bladeforums is awsome! lol rock on all you girl knife lovers!

What "panties in a twist"? At best, I can have "me undies bunched". Don't assume we all wear "panties" as you apparently do.

This is a forum of discussion. When someone quotes you, it is expected to converse in return. To attempt to get our individual opinions, positions, and points accross for consideration, as well as a some facts and experiences as to why we have such.

Most of the stuff on this forum is based upon opinions, good and bad.

Going "ritzy", I see.

Congrats - A lot of people really like the CRK Sebbie and it is a "class act" IMO.
