Spyderco Warranty Department, Not Friendly!!!

I've dealt with Spyderco's, Customer Service/Warranty Department on a few occasions; I have always been given exceptional customer service assistance by both, Charlynn, & Lisa. Charlynn is a sweetheart (very friendly), & Lisa has always been very professional.

@ spudin: I'm guessing, that when you called Spyderco (Warranty), you were already in a frustrated, upset state of mind (due to the fact that your friend couldn't get the screws to thread into the holes)? Maybe it was YOUR tone, language, or your "customer is always right attitude" that caused the service you expected, to be sub par.

It would be very enlightening, if the person whom you spoke with, would give their version of how YOU, treated THEM...
