Stag Saturday - Let's See Some Traditional Stag!

My first stag, a Case 5220 SS Peanut -- 30 years old (Case XX two-dot USA) and looks brand new. Came from a local collector who sold off a bunch of knives to the local knife store. According to Steve Pfeiffer's book that shield was only used in the 1987-89 time frame.

Congrats, Ace!! That's a fine example of Case stag.

Thanks, Alan. I'd posted that in the "Beverages and Blades" thread awhile back but was looking for something to add to this thread. I've had that big blade for many years and am always mesmerized by the stag.

This is my Schrade (sponsored by P-F ) "Little Bandit" liner lock single blade... the name on the mark side may not say it but these knives are everything the stamp on the pile side says. The knives in this 1978 series are very nice

I have my 77 stag in pocket today, but here is an M.S.A. Co. Woodcraft from the custom shop dated 2004. Not the most exciting stag by far, but an exceptional knife.
