Antique stag carving set. Roe Deer antlers. I picked this up at a general auction in Vancouver, B.C. about 30 years ago. I think I paid $20. Blade is 9 in. and marked "Virtue & Co. Stirling" (Scotland, I assume) Silver is hallmarked to Thomas Turner, Sheffield, 1888. I used this set quite often back when I was doing a lot of deer shooting, cooking and eating venison.
