Going with the flow. I'll add mine to the group Ron and James. It could be GEC's finest.

Few years ago I visited a number of knife makers in their workshops in South Africa - this was given to me, a piece of Sneezewood. It is a sawn-off piece of fence post from when the original Voortrekkers came down through SA and set up cattle farms etc. Sneezewood just gets harder and harder and is virtually impermeable to insect attack..........it lasts and lasts

Harry...you need a custom with stag.
You are absolutely correct Jake !!!!! I just don't know which way to go . Re-Handle or Completely New and if either one , who's . I will be going to a knife show in a couple of weeks and I will be looking for some Stag for covers and talk to some of the custom makers . Big Problem is , I do not have the amount of money to spend on customs as some of you guys do .

Thank you joeradza joeradza , I like all the Lloyd’s but I just cannot get enough of the crazy colors in the Amber Stag! Here is a preview of one I will be showing y’all more of later. I picked it solely for the vivid colors. BTW, do you or VCM3 VCM3 know anything about Lloyd’s bio? There is no information available about him online that I am aware of, although I am barely computer literate. How old is he, and how long has he been making knives?

Chui Chui great photography and information, and knife! I would love to have a knife made from that wood.

Gary I love that OTHA!
Thanks for the comment! Mr. Ohta never ceases to impress me. His attention to detail in his finishing is as good as it gets. Mirror polished back springs and interiors. Wonderful satin finishes on the blades. His stag is as good as any, raw material and hafting.

I like the looks of that Britton you posted! Great pattern and it looks to be well executed.
