I think that knife is too cool AL. It must put a grin on your face just to look at it.

Paul - That is a beautiful Lannys Clip!

Al - Absolutely love the Dog Paw, one I have never seen before.:D

zolthar, that stag Otter spearpoint is sweet!
Paul, I have to say that Ron knows what he's talking about! Your Lanny's Clip is incredible!
Al, I have to say that Ron knows what he's talking about! ;) That Dog Paw is fantastic: stag, blade etch, shield! That's a GEC #33 Conducter, right? SFO?

Here's a Colt stag copperhead I obtained recently in a trade with LastRodeo; I really appreciate his contacting me to let me know he had picked up some extra stag he was willing to part with! I really like the symmetry of the slabs on each side.

Thanks! It does bring a grin... my family/friends say it's the perfect knife for me!

Thanks, Ron! (See below)

Thanks, GT! It is indeed the GEC #33 Conductor pattern and an SFO called the Cody Retriever.

- thank you Kris @MT Damascus and Charles @chuko for the kind comments on Mr Z's Lanny Clip :)

Sadly, to remember a dear man and a brilliant maker who passed just a few days ago........my wonderful classic d-p hunter by Rob Brown .............. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1408909-Passing-of-Rob-Brown?highlight=Rob+Brown

I was due to catch up with him in August and pick up another from him, but the big C took him from us... Shall still go, and we'll have one helluva braai to celebrate his life

Totin' stag today,

Bob Crowder Outfitter in full polish CPM 154 and stag, dovetailed into bolster, tapered tang; Diamond Edge cattle knife by Tom Ploppert, CPM 154 and stag. The sheath was made by the talented, Paul Long. Speaking of Paul, I just got off the phone with him, he is working his magic on a new sheath for a Salem Straub forge welded integral.
