I'm relaxed though. Remember the original disclaimer for these. Even if it takes a few weeks to go through the invoices it's irrelevant if we are waiting 1 year+ for these.

I like the shape of the medium chopper better than the light chopper, but it’s mainly for aesthetic reasons.

I don’t typically use the choir on a large knife like this. I’ll grab a pic next time I pull it out.

I think the large finger choil on CPK knives is one of their best design features. If you want to do fine work with a big blade this feature lets you control the large knife at the balance point.
