Still like Benchmade?

And I own a Spyderco Poliwog which I like even more. I prefer the ball lock to the axis, and the VG-10 to CM-154. Hearing the nonsense BM management pulled with Mike is the icing on the case. Going Spyderco.

I like Benchmade's Balis, but to be honest, I'd wish they'd change the handles once in a while. They've used the same skeleton pattern on the 4X series for who knows how long. The Morpho was a breath of fresh air, now if they could just do that with the 4X models, I'd be more willing to give them my money.

Haven't touched their folders, because none of the style appeal to me.

The fixed blades I won't touch, because the one I had was the extremely dull, and I'm disinclined to bother trying again.

They make great products though, just most of them don't appeal to me.
 
I still like Benchmade.

I'm just not wholly inspired by their current crop of models, and their dropping M2 from their selection of steels.

However, considering how often they've been changing their lineup lately, I'm sure something will come down the pike to grab my interest. In the meantime, I can start saving some money (yes!) for the next must have knife to come along...:o
