Absolutely! Only takes a few seconds to PM the buyers.
Communication is everything. Going dark when you are the seller is a huge no no.

I try to go out of my way to ship ASAP as well. I sold something on eBay,got paid Friday night. Knowing Monday was a holiday and next time I'd be able to ship wouldn't be until Wednesday due to work schedule on Tuesday. I took my deathly ill with the flu self out Saturday morning to ship. I didn't have to and sure I had a good excuse with being sick and there being a holiday and everything.
However, I didn't feel right waiting several days to ship and that's my story.
 
Hello all. Let me start by saying; I am in no way a perfect seller. I have made mistakes and then did everything I could to correct them. Wether it was apologies, refunds or trade ins. You don't have to be an experienced seller to know the difference between right and wrong. On 2/7 I paid the accused 190 for a blade, he responded immediately with a PP address and took the funds. After a week he was emailed, Private messaged and quick replied through his thread. No reply. Then a couple of days later I was contacted by another member concerned about his purchase. Finally the accused contacted me. He said his wife had been hospitalized 3 hours from his home and would ship ASAP. To me family first no matter what. So I held back on harsh words, judgement and stop payments a bit longer. Tried contacting him multiple times again over the weekend, no response. Had to place a claim with PP. I feel that he was treated more than fairly, given every opportunity to speak up. I would still rather have the blade than go through all of this. If your open, honest and proactive any issues can be resolved. I even requested him to just get hold of me and explain his situation and something could be worked out. I tried being a left leaning liberal...now it is time to call a spade a spade.
STOKABOKA you were given every and multiple opportunities to make this right. I don't know if it was lack of good moral values, scrupels or just plain in your face crooked. All you ever had to do was reach out communicate. It never needed to end up like this.

Even if his wife is in the hospital, get on your phone and send an e mail!! I am positive both buyers would not have posted here if they were made aware of the situation.
There is literally no excuse for going dark........unless you're a thief.
I'm with Keith above ^^^ NEVER use F&F.
Hope your claims with PP get you guys your coin back quickly!

Agreed the F&F sales...I simply go forward and dont even entertain...
I always am willing to haggle a bit and or I send a private message to seller to make an offer--All In with fees and shipping included.
Sometimes accepted..often not...

If you need to recoupe your fees include in your post OUTRIGHT expressing fees are not included.. Being clear and of course the COMMUNICATION
is key....Every person has access to their email to see communication that has transpired before you accepted payment.
Excuses are that....Lack of communication and lack of integrity to accept funds and drop off with nothing..
NOT acceptable...

Life happens though and not everyone is on here everyday---But if you make a sale--You accept peoples cash..You should follow up. ALWAYS...

Thanks for joining in and telling your side. It sucks he got both of us but it shows how much of a crook he is.
 
So apparently PayPal is on this guys ass because I just got an email saying he shipped the knife. Now why did it have to come to this? I pay you ship it's that easy. Tracking says I should have it Friday 2/24 we'll see. I really want my money back he can keep the knife. Either way he is on ignore. And I urge others to avoid Stokaboka.
 
Holy crap! He finally contacted me. How can you not refund my money when there's an option that says refund? I only asked the guy to refund it last week.
 
I received the same message. Iam good with the blade as long as it arrives as advertised. It was a model I really wanted. And it will be good to put this to rest. I am not by any means a social butterfly.

Makes no sense why he waited all this time to ship unless he's trying to buy more time with PayPal and sent empty boxes . Especially since the beginning it appeared he had no intentions of following his obligations with the buyers.
