Stokaboka....Problem fixed

Good luck, hope what is received is as advertised. Personally, besides the long delay before finally shipping, there's no excuse for a seller to use the money he was paid before he even shipped the item. That is completely irresponsible and unethical.
 
My apologies to all, especially the two buyers. I am not going into the details of my problems that led to this situation, they are not important to anyone but me. After the initial delay and absolutely horrendous communication on my part, the buyers both stated they wanted a refund. As the money was already spent on bills this was not an option. I was under the impression a refund was the only option left to me. I spent a week trying to get the money to do so. I should have communicated this but they were so angry with me (rightfully so) that I did not. Contacted PayPal learned my only viable option was to send the knives. Sent them out Priority Mail today. Buyers have been sent tracking numbers. This is a terrible, horrible situation that is all of my own making. Hopefully these wonderful knives at a great price will help in some small way to alleviate the grief I have caused.

Mike I'm very sorry for your personal problems but silence and leaving the buyers hanging for such a long time is well ....... guess there's many ways to fill in the blank .
You had time to pay your bills with the buyers money but no time to contact them as to why your not shipping what they payed for .

So if the knives aren't as described, there is no money for a refund at all? I would think you would want to hang onto enough dough to make they buyer happy if they weren't.

Seems shady. Hope all goes well for the buyers.

I appreciate you finally speaking up but the part where you spent the funds on other things worries me. I expect a mint knife or we'll have more issues.
 
I wish the buyers here the best of luck and so sorry they had to go threw this . Frankly the sellers reasons and actions and or lack of is nauseating to me . I feel like we're all like family here and such actions shows no integrity or morals and makes me sick to my stomach .
I need to unsubscribe to this thread but again I wish the buyers the best outcome .

I would think that the seller would include big time bonus items so that the buyers would be absolutely thrilled with what they received. I would try to turn what might be a good deal into a 'stupid crazy remarkable deal' for the buyers and let them know the exact reasons why this happened. Sometimes incredibly bad things happen in our lives. For example, if a loved was injured or died, a knife deal would likely be the last thing on our minds. The ability to sell here on BF isn't a privilege that should be pissed away lightly. That can end up costing a great deal in the future.

That's not necessary. I wanted a refund but since that's out a NIB knife is what I better get. Nothing less nothing more.

Communication is a must, especially if you get to a point where you can't honor your obligation in a timely manner. It's easy to ruin your reputation and hard to build it back up. It's better to tell a person straight up what's going on in order to save as much face as possible in situations like these. Too late for it now, but you should definitely keep that in mind for any future deals.
 
I'm at work until 8am tomorrow but the wife snapped a pic of the box. It did arrive, just hopping it's mint.

Just remember how you are being treated by the seller here and how you do not give the same treatment for your buyers. You are getting a lot of sympathy from good people who do not know how you actually treat people and operate here. They should know. I've said my piece so I'll let you get back to your thread.

Read the links I provided. I won't get into it further as it would just provoke more insults from this guy. Gb&u thread is the second one. The first one is where he tries to get his negative remove. Very cut and dry situations.
