Strider won't answer my calls

Strider, repaired my SNG, that had the same blade issue (a small crack near the thumb stud). I corresponded with Josh Lee, via email & he was very professional. Strider upgraded my ghost stripe blade to a PD-1 Carpenter's Steel Black blade & even changed out the G-10 scale from brown, to orange. Definitely, Josh Lee's (Strider's Sales Manager) email address, is the best way to communicate with Strider on your warranty issue.

I live in North San Diego, approximately 8 miles from Strider's San Marcos facility. Three week's ago, I drove out to Strider & met Josh Lee in person. He is a really nice guy, who took 15 minutes out of his very busy afternoon & gave me a tour of their 2 warehouse shops.

Personally, I appreciated the way Strider (Josh Lee), helped me resolve my Strider SNG issue. I realize that warranty issues are probably handled, contingent on backlog & fulfilling it's orders with knife dealers, & sometimes the wait time may seem excessive. Running a custom knife business is hard work, & as a hard working high end finish carpenter, I now have a much greater appreciation how much effort is put into a Strider, finished product knife.
