Tried to keep this a little toothy but I always get obsessed with that sticky sharp feeling. It's an addiction man!

Aaaand my Laconico Keen met the Wicked Edge today. Took a 16 degree per side mirror edge like a champ! This is how sharpening choils are done, folks.

Getting my fixed blade carry ready for a two week road trip through the American Southwest. That Bradford Guardian 3.5 takes one screaming sharp edge! Some very well treated M390 right there! 17 dps on that one.

day before xmas eve. boring day. time to do some cleanup on the hdd. found this, sharing here, then deleting from hdd hh. cheap construction cheap metal. lol i cant even remember how i sharpened it (freehand? guided system?) and got the super polished edge.

Mostly it's just taking a lot of time and being methodical, there are multiple approaches to getting a super polished edges as demonstrated by others above. I use lapping film down to 3um, then strops to .25um, alternating directions to make sure the prior scratches are completely gone =)
