In the 4.1 .... I would say 20CV, better edge retention and it's stainless.

Re: CPM-3V or CPM-20CV, I know the difference between the two, but am wondering if there is an "overall consensus" which is preferred for the 3.5
(I own a 4.1 M390)

I thought 3v had better edge retention. Too bad they didn't have 20Cp during there sale.
Anyways until now I have been using a Mora companion and a BK 16 for hunting. I hope 3v is a noticeable difference.

3V is about the same as 20CV/M390 to sharpen.

Yeah you should notice the difference.
