https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
Current orders:
We can usually get orders out in 5-15 business days pretty easily. Right now we are backed up for two major reasons. 1: The machines are tired and needed some tinkering to get them back to optimum performance. 2: The moving sale was way more popular than we ever imagined it would be. Yes, to fill your order all we have to do is sharpen a knife and screw some handles on. But there are hundreds of orders and Guy is still the only one sharpening blades. We are scheduled to be caught up by the end of next week.
As far as Survive's "blems" go, I own 2 (GSO 4.1 and a 10). I cannot find the blem in either. Guy says they are tools, I agree, but the come flawless and all my 3 have been razor sharp.
I wonder if Guy and Co. have contemplated a Bush/Camp sword style of large utility chopper?!

Anyone mind taking a picture of their 3.5 next to their F1 for me? P-p-p-p-puh-lease?
That's extremely helpful. Thanks so much for taking the time to snap those for me.

I tried to make a table out of the dimensions but everything was packed together when I saved it. I'm not sure how to fix it and have to take off - feel free if someone else can. Thanks. Mike

Anyone get their regular order 3.5 yet?
Not yet. I ordered 5-30. It gets old dealing with survive! I have 9 of their knives, my 3.5 will be 10. My gut tells me that number will likely decrease from this point.
I would think that after buying 9 of their blades you would know what to expect by now and have accepted it. At this point, you've already gone through the thick of it, selling them out of frustration is cutting off you nose to spite your face, but it's a free country.

I have never sold a knife. Didnt mean to imply that, but once in a while i will trade them. My knives and guns tend to find homes within my family. I am done replinishing and buying new designs. I truly thought that since the preorder fiasco was over things were changing and that 3-5 days for assembly meant delivery within a week or two. I would have canceled my order already if I hadnt already made a commitment to buy a sheath from Halestorm and shown my 6 year old a picture of it.
hank_612,
I have no issue with you canceling your order. I'm going to get my 3.5 eventually and was going to build a sheath for you and one for myself with my fishing pliers doubled up on it and then throw it in my tackle box. I'm selling off a few of mine since my test shows there is not a large market for custom kydex for the GSO series. Khia does a great job on the stock kydex and I sell 10 times more for brands like Esee and Becker since they have crappy stock sheaths, plus all the custom work I get from other venues.
I made a commitment to you and you are the customer. That's the way I've always done business. If you don't need the sheath, then say the word. No worries on my end. I value you as a customer and a fellow BF member, but it's only one sheath. Our paths will cross again even if it's just here on the forum and you know the quality of my work if you ever need anything else.
I had the same impression you did. The website said in stock. 5-15 days. The last email I sent about my knife didn't even get a reply. Weeks have gone by like many others. I've been trying to support the whole gang at Survive! and be patient, but like a lot of people, it's getting old. I'm not bailing on Guy and he does make some great knives and his folks are all pleasant to deal with. I'm just being honest, and I do look forward to what is coming. Going to be hard to order straight from them though. I think I would just pay a little more in the secondary market and get what I order right away. It's worth the extra money to me. I feel bad even posting this because I truly believe the intentions are pure over at S!K.
