I always thought the sword and wings WERE the Strider symbol. But that was just an assumption, and I'm probably wrong. Am interested to find out, though.

I had only seen it on patches before, but seeing it on the knife now makes sense.

There tends to be a lot of drama around certain knife maker reputaions. I suspect that in the case of Strider and BRK, these are more than rumor mill. I tend to judge based on the quality of the knife if I am will to have money in it. I own both BRK and Strider, but I have not purchased either recently.

I finally looked that knife up and it's impressive. For some reason it looks a lot smaller than it is.
