David, giving this some thought. What would be great, is an "edge" sheath that snaps on without creating excessive bulk, length, height for the knife drawer. Drawing inspiration from some of your past cutaway styles on big blades. With that massive heel drop there's a lot of blade area to work with~ Whatcha think? Not sure I've got a kitchen knife block with a tall enough slot. - like ice skate edge guards! that's how to explain what my brain is thinking

That would be pretty cool. I was thinking something along the lines of what most cheaper kitchen knives have, like these.

Definitely wanting something more minimal. The typical pancake with carry attachment would be unnecessarily bulky for kitchen draw duty. Depending on the options, I may even consider having a custom wooden block made just for the Alpha Chef.
