The handle looks really comfy

After playing with it a little this morning, the handle is thin and small, but I think this perfectly fits with what the knife is meant to do as it gives you a lot of control.
I am hoping I can find some plastic sleeves for it.

I had a buddy's wife try out a stonewashed Alpha yesterday. She's a fantastic cook.
They have quite a few knives... and already had a Bradford Chef Knife in AEB-L (direct comparison type knife).
She said the amount of belly on the Alpha is perfect and loved the handle... prefers it over the $50 more expensive Bradford.
I had to make it an early Christmas present for her, right then & there... she was ecstatic. The Alpha is her new favorite.

I cleaned a couple ducks with mine yesterday and wow it’s got an edge to it. Hopefully they offer a smaller size in the kitchen knife shape. I might get a galley rat or WD5 if a smaller size isn’t coming out.

The Galley Rat is pretty sweet. If blade height was shorter & handle a fuzz straighter… it’d make a nice steak knife.

I ate a ribeye with my Galley Rat last night. It's an awesome kitchen knife.
