Those words were explicitly used here in the context of 9/11, has they have been for years.

You are scoffing at those who see it as tacky or uncouth and he is simply saying that you're probably too young to understand the reaction people are having.

In general, using a tradegy to sell things is considered poor taste.

From my understanding, SMKW has a list of customers titled "Never Forget" for sending out newsleters relating to sales. They just so happened to send one out on 9/11. Sure you can choose to be upset about what looks like a genuine mistake, or you could wait for an offical response from the company before you make threads on a website calling them scum and stuff like that. Outrage for outrage's sake.
