Hey, we're gonna make a ROCKIN' MT forum here, quite simply!! (assuming all is well, and we get the i's-dotted and t's-crossed).

Sean and I will really go for it, and ALL are invited to revel in Microtech's past, present and future...

(the future is the part I'm good at providing, and of the most concern to a virtual sea of Microholics NEEDING more! C'mon I know you're out there in droves...drooling. Certainly the MT Junkies will need a place to hang out...somewhere!?!!! Time to build a nice club for them (the analogy will make sense in a second)!!

Again, and for the last time before I sound ridiculous...please forgive any issues at KFC where I was doing my job. My LOVE was never clashing with people, eliminated them, or fighting (I got really tired of it, actually, and you can SEE it as I've not done much at all in the last 6-8 months)...MY LOVE IS THE MT KNIFE SCENE. My work has always demonstrated that, and stands brighly on its own merit...thus the logical leap to put it right here.

Don't REFUSE go visit a nice club or other great place, simply because you don't like, or have had a run-in with the head bouncer. It's not worth missing out on enjoying the club! That's JUST what we're talking about here...

My last 2 cents on the matter.

We're gonna have some fun. And you won't even have to pay a cover.

Ty

As a Microholic, I would welcome a Microtech forum here but only if the moderator(s) are officially sanctioned and authorized by MICROTECH to provide official answers to help correct problems that folks have with their knives. And check your EGOs at the door...none of this "I got a seeeecret" and I can't teeeeellllll."

Mr. Marfione, please consider learning how to use a browser and speak for your company yourself? Sal Glesser and most other big knife company CEOs manage to do it...

Respectfully yours,
John

After a day or two in withdrawal, I reviewed my decision to leave......as has been said :it is dumb to throw out the whole forum for the sake of bad feelings about one moderator.
Still have the bad feelings..."I was only obeying orders" has never been an acceptable excuse, for me . Especially when the person issuing the orders offered an apology of sorts.
Anyway, I am not an MT fan...sold both of mine

I won't raise the matter , here, again....glad to be back.

I don't think we need it yet, but here is a thought. Lets have a super-moderator that is not the owner, not part of the ownership, not a regular moderator, not a dealer, not a knifemaker, but some one that will take no side and only look at facts. This super-moderator will be the ultimate decision maker as to who can and can not post on this forum. This way no one can say there is the other side of the coin, hidden agenda, ulterior motive, accessory by association, etc. We need someone that can be proven to be trustworthy, to be fair, to be openminded, and voted on annually by the members of this forum. This super-moderator will have a one year tenure and can not hold the position for more than two consecutive years.
