https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
The Buckmaster was issued to the UDT-SEAL Teams towards the end of the VN war.
Issued but rarely carried, heavy, clunky, clumsy and butt ugly. They were however much in demand by non-SEALs so they were worth much $ in trades with other services.

There was a hollow handled, saw backed knife issued but I never heard it called a "Buckmaster". Let me check with my Team Mates from that time and get back to you.

My dad was one of the Belgium officers who trained with 29 East Coast ( but didn't graduate) and he knew a Lt Alexander Thiel or Tiel?
My dad didn't graduate but the Dutch Lt did along with 4 other Dutch enlists from the Korps Mariniers.
