I like the bali bottle opener & pen. I couldn't affford 'em so what about my conceal carry, breakfast/lunch/dinner utensil and shank combo. Try to stay "tacticlol" from breakfast through dinner.

How do you suppose to hold that?

Edge out reverse grip. If you mount it for tip up left hand and forward wave from your right pocket, that's what it draws into.
